Who are we?

We are a welcoming, international, non-denominational church located in the city centre of Rosenheim. Holding to traditional evangelical Christian values, we aim to be a church that is Biblical in its message and culture whilst contemporary and relevant in our approach.

Both German and English are used in our church services, helping even more people connect with God in a real way. Destiny Church is a member of the Evangelical Alliance in Rosenheim.

Destiny Church Rosenheim is led by Liam and Fiona Smith. Originally from Scotland, UK they have been involved in ministry for many years. They have a passion for the individual and church to become all that God intended and believe that God's plan for peoples lives is always the best! They lead a great team of passionate people who are committed to seeing an outstanding church emerge in Rosenheim and the surrounding region.

We often say church is about

Real Life – as we all have real situations that we face and we need real answers! Jesus said that he came to give us abundant life!

Real God – as God is not some far off, remote, out of touch religious figure who can't relate to your life. He knows every challenge you face and the desires of your heart and wants to be involved!

Real Friends – in a world where so many relationships are broken, real friends are so important. We all need people that will be with you through it all, to help you up when you're down and to celebrate when you achieve.

What's it like to come?

Lets be honest....when people first visit any church meeting they often wonder what they are going to experience and what the people will be like. We have all been there ourselves!

At Destiny you will find we are all pretty normal! The first thing you can expect is a warm welcome and the atmosphere to be personal and relaxed. Our stewards and welcome team will greet you at the door, answer any questions that you may have, show you where things are and help you find the best seat in the house!

For parents with babies, we understand some of the challenges. Therefore we have a great room just for you right next to the main auditorium where you can relax but still feel part of things and enjoy the meeting.

You will find people of all ages, all walks of life and various nationalities - students to nurses, business people to engineers etc. People dress casually and the atmosphere is informal, contemporary and lively!

We want you to feel non-pressured and comfortable when you visit so don’t worry we wont ask you to do anything embarrassing like stand up and speak. Come, meet people, relax and enjoy!
