There is so much more to church than only meeting together on a Sunday.

At Destiny we say that we want to grow “big” and “small” at the same time.

“Big” as there is a city and region to reach and we want as many people as possible to come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

“Small” as everyone matters and we all need friendship and relationship.

The church is often called a family for good reason. We certainly need God – but we need one another as well.

Here are some things that will help you in getting connected in a meaningful way:

Throughout the week we have many Connect Groups that meet in homes or other venues. These groups provide a forum for meaningful friendships, prayer, Bible study and discussion. Ask at the information point for more details on a group that's best for you!	This is a course that we run to let people know what we are all about! It's a chance to find out what we believe, ask questions and meet the leadership team. For Students and Young Professionals looking for fun, fellowship and discipleship. With social activities and teaching relevant to where you are at, if you want to connect with others your age, then this is for you!
For teens and youth. Bible Study, fun, friendship and more.	There is always something to enjoy together! Whether it be a BBQ at Happing Au See, a trip to the Herbst Fest, or a weekend away together, these are great times for building friendships and having fun. We believe that church should be relevant for all ages. We have facilities for parents with babies and toddlers as well as great kids programmes for all ages of children.	As part of our varied programme, we also have special events for men, women, married couples, singles and parents. Check the website or information point for more details.

Everyone can be involved in making things happen and everyone is needed! Helping in a team is a great way of meeting people, using your ability to serve in the church and learning new skills. Ask at the information point for a list of current teams and vacancies.
